Writing Workshops

I offer hands-on writing workshops for groups of writers of all ages and levels. In a 60-minute session, attendees will:

​

  •  learn about an aspect of craft

  • complete a writing exercise pertaining to that craft element

  • discuss their experiences (45 mins, total)

 

A 15 -minute Q&A session follows. 

Workshop topics: creating character • keeping a writers' notebook • dialogue • setting • strong beginnings • powerful endings 

Suitable for: Writing groups • community groups • libraries • book clubs • professional development
